This 5 lock acrylic lockout station is made from bright yellow acrylic with acrylic lock rails. The Tag pockets are made from clear polycarbonate and will hold tags up to 3" wide. The height of is 34.3cm and the width is 34.3cm. This lockout station can be equipped with 10pcs safety padlocks, 2pcs 1" safety lockout hasps, 2 pcs 1.5" safety lockout hasps and 24pcs heavy duty tags. Available with or without accessories.
